No instant signings. Win players over across weeks: meet the family, hold off rival agents, manage press leaks, negotiate your own commission. Promise a big club, and pay the price if you cannot deliver.

DEVELOP

Your clients play real matches every week, and you can watch them in a 2D match engine with live commentary. Form, morale, injuries, contracts: all yours to manage. Turn a 59-rated kid into a star the giants fight over.

SELL

Multi-round negotiations, bidding wars, sell-on clauses, deadline-day drama. Clubs have living budgets; read the market and strike.
